Reporting support according to SBARThis page contains a number of symptom pictures.
In order for the nurse to get as complete a picture as possible of the patients condition, there are a number of questions for each symptom picture.
These basic staff are expected to be able to respond as far as possible when the nurse is contacted.
The assessment support means that the same questions are asked, regardless of which nurse is contacted, at the same time as it constitutes learning for basic staff in observing the patient.
